This privacy statement provides information about the information that Solihull LSCP collects, and the ways in which we use that information.
Solihull LSCP collect and use the information you provide:
- When registering and evaluating Solihull LSCP training
- When registering for the LSCP News Letter.
Solihull LSCP only collects the information that you enter for the above purposes.
Securing collected data
Solihull LSCP commission Websposure to provide the website and take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of any generic information that it collects.

Solihull LSCP will provide organisations with data about their staff members in relation to attendance at LSCP multi-agency training. We will also share information with SMBC for the purpose of making and collecting the charges for LSCP training in line with the LSCP charging Policy.
Solihull LSCP will also use organisational data and anonymised evaluation data to provide reports for the board about the attendance and impact of LSCP multi-agency safeguarding training.
You have the right to request your data is removed from the newsletter mailing list or the training portal. However please be aware that when you create a log-in for the LSCP training portal, this provides you with a continuous record of the safeguarding training you attend with Solihull LSCP. If you wish to have your information removed from our system this will mean that this record will no longer be available to you.
